iVentiv produces executive Learning and Talent events. Each iVentiv session is designed to enable a senior, pre-selected group of leading HR executives to engage in a thought-provoking and robust agenda. We do not focus on past HR case-studies (as is the norm) instead we discuss broader societal shifts, evolving workplaces, new technologies and then get the group to work together to define the future for HR (with a focus on Learning & Talent).
