1. iVentiv - EA to CEO/Office Manager

Salary:

£27k - £35k depending on experience. Permanent role.

Based at:

iVentiv Headquarters, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire

Reporting to:

CEO and Founder, iVentiv

The role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced EA to CEO/Office Manager to join our team at iVentiv.  In this role you will help organise a busy CEO and an ever changing office. You will coordinate facilities, meet and greet and support the CEO.

Job Specification: 

  • Email and diary management for the CEO, prioritising daily tasks as needed
  • Provide a professional and efficient first point of contact for the CEO in dealings with external contacts and stakeholders
  • Be a first point of contact between the CEO and Management Team
  • Preparing CEO’s presentations for events
  • Management of the office including liaising with external suppliers/contractors and managing office supplies as needed
  • Liaising with external payroll company for monthly salary runs
  • Admin for the company HR system, adding new starters, leavers and any changes in salaries or contract terms
  • Managing all HR documents for new starters
  • Account reconciliation and receipt uploading alongside our company bookkeeper
  • Processing invoices and managing office budgets
  • Manages health and safety as well as fire regulations within the office
  • Organising team away days

Person Specification: 

To be successful in applying to this role, you should have:

  • Previous EA and Office Management experience
  • Confident and assertive communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • To actively approach all aspects of work in a positive, productive, and professional manner
  • A high standard of PC skills

    2. iVentiv - Delegate Sales Associate

    Salary:

    £23,000 - £25,000 (dependent upon experience). Permanent role.

    Based at:

    iVentiv Headquarters, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire

    Reporting to:

    iVentiv’s Team Manager, Delegate Relations

    The role:

    iVentiv are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated sales person who is confident in making cold calls and engaging with senior executives on a daily basis.

    As a Global Delegate Relations Associate you will play a dynamic role engaging with Vice President and Director level executives and offer invitations to join our unique global events. You will be working towards driving further commercial success across our entire portfolio of international conferences and networking events.

    Job Specification: 

    • Identifying potential delegates, by using LinkedIn and following industry news, networking, current affairs and other business sources
    • Engaging with delegates such as Vice President and Director level executives to attend events globally
    • Building relationships with potential delegates to grow your own portfolio of clientele
    • Taking ownership of the delegate sales process, including building and managing pipelines
    • Meeting and exceeding sales targets including weekly KPIs

    • Commercially minded and hungry for a successful career in sales
    • A strong communicator with telephone experience
