1. iVentiv - Delegate Sales Associate
Salary:
£23,000 - £25,000 (dependent upon experience). Permanent role.
Based at:
iVentiv Headquarters, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire
Reporting to:
iVentiv’s Team Manager, Delegate Relations
The role:
iVentiv are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated sales person who is confident in making cold calls and engaging with senior executives on a daily basis.
As a Global Delegate Relations Associate you will play a dynamic role engaging with Vice President and Director level executives and offer invitations to join our unique global events. You will be working towards driving further commercial success across our entire portfolio of international conferences and networking events.
Job Specification:
- Identifying potential delegates, by using LinkedIn and following industry news, networking, current affairs and other business sources
- Engaging with delegates such as Vice President and Director level executives to attend events globally
- Building relationships with potential delegates to grow your own portfolio of clientele
- Taking ownership of the delegate sales process, including building and managing pipelines
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets including weekly KPIs
Person Specification:
- Commercially minded and hungry for a successful career in sales
- A strong communicator with telephone experience

2. iVentiv - Global Event Coordinator
Salary:
£23,000 - £25,000 (dependent upon experience). Permanent role.

Reporting to:
Global Event Manager
The role:
iVentiv is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join the events team, delivering iVentiv's series of Executive Knowledge Exchanges for C-Suite business leaders. We are looking for an experienced events coordinator who shares our enthusiasm and passion for events. The ideal candidate would be confident, organised, strong attention to detail and with 1-2 years’ experience in the events industry.
The role will be to assist the Global Event Manager in day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth preparations and delivery of iVentiv events.
Job Specification:
- Management of Event’s (in-person & virtual)
- International travel is required (including USA, Europe & Dubai)
- Presenting the Event Manager with Hotel/Venue/Restaurant options
- Creating Diary appointments for Managed events
- Liaise directly with third party stakeholders for Managed events
- Create event material to a high standard
- Creating sponsor and delegate information on Adobe InDesign
- To assist with event packing to ensure the team have all the material and equipment Updating Excel sheets, maintaining the CRM & assisting with the company website
- Updating event calendar and reviewing hotels and restaurants on TripAdvisor
- To assist with travel and accommodation arrangements relating to events
- Take on Event Manager role when the Event Manager is on holiday/absent
- Liaising and coordinating event logistics with internal team
Person Specification:
