1. Job Spec: iVentiv – Conference Producer

Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 (dependent upon experience) + uncapped commission. Permanent role.

Based at: iVentiv Headquarters, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire

Reporting to: iVentiv’s CEO & Founder

The role: iVentiv Conference Producer - Legal Job Purpose: To produce conferences which meet the needs of our target markets and therefore generate revenue and profit. To undertake focused research, write compelling conference programmes, recruit speakers and run conferences on-site and to assume ownership for the end to end process of running successful conferences. Key tasks: • Work with facilitators to produce innovative conference programmes through telephone research and reading • To regularly engage in telephone conversations with senior executives and get them to register for events • Gain a high-level understanding of the market • Research and record competitive events • Identify potential add-ons to provide incremental revenue • Take a strategic view of the positioning of the conference • Once secured facilitators/speakers brief the delegate team • Ensure facilitators/speakers are briefed on the event format and session topic • Manage facilitators/speakers administration and brief the event managers of the facilitators/speakers details so that they can follow up • Take overall responsibility for the marketability of conference programmes • Attend any external events to gain knowledge and content, where appropriate • Liaise with sponsors to ensure their sessions fit into the agenda • Negotiate speakers’ expenses where (if) necessary • Oversee design of the conference brochure ensuring key selling points are emphasised • Manage workload to hit deadlines • Working on several events at one time

The Ideal Candidate: • Experience in Relationship Management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Excellent organisational and planning skills; • The ability to research and deliver engaging proposals to the CEO; • Attending iVentiv events across EMEA, USA & beyond

2. Job Spec: iVentiv – Business Development Manager

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent upon experience) + uncapped commission (OTE £35-40k+)

Reporting to: iVentiv’s CEO & Founder

Job Purpose: To generate new sponsors for our market-leading run of annual events. To ensure revenue targets are met for all annual events.

The role: iVentiv Business Development Manager The Business Development Manager will work alongside the CEO & Founder of iVentiv. The goal is to identify and initiate global working relationships with new business to business (B2B) clients, through meaningful and effective conversations. This role is ideal for someone who hinges largely on strong client relationships, who is self-motivated, able to work within a team, as well as being able to work on their own initiative. This person will have exceptional client service as it constitutes a core value for iVentiv.

Job Specification: • Generating new business opportunities with prospective clients; • Taking ownership of the full sales cycle from generating leads, selling the service, pricing, negotiating and closing; • Building a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales targets and ensure KPI’s are met; • Inputting client’s data into the company CRM system; • Building an in-depth understanding of iVentiv’s service by researching and working with the team; • Researching and keeping up with your client’s company as well as their industry; • Building new relationships and taking the time to get to know your client; • Meeting new clients where appropriate; • Occasionally attending iVentiv events across EMEA, USA & beyond, as required; • Dealing with enquiries both on the telephone and via email correspondence;

The role: iVentiv Delegate Sales Associate The role: iVentiv Delegate Sales Associate iVentiv was set up in 2008, to provide executives with an alternative platform to network and engage with peers from industries listed in the Fortune 500, having delivered over 85 events, across Europe, the U.S.A, Dubai, India, and Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving, fast-paced, creative thinking B2B events organisation and develop relationships with Director Level Executives. As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will play a dynamic role engaging with Vice President and Director Level Executives to join our unique events globally. You will be working towards driving further commercial success across our entire portfolio of international conferences and networking events.

Job Specification: The Role: • Identifying potential delegates, by using LinkedIn and following industry news, networking, current affairs and other business sources • Engaging with delegates such as Vice President and Director Level Executives to attend events globally • Building relationships with potential delegates to grow your own portfolio of clientele • Taking ownership of the delegate sales process, including building and managing pipelines • Meeting and exceeding sales targets including weekly KPIs
