1. iVentiv - Delegate Sales Associate

Salary:

£23,000 - £25,000 (dependent upon experience) + uncapped commission. Permanent role.

Based at:

iVentiv Headquarters, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire

Reporting to:

iVentiv’s Team Manager, Delegate Relations

The role:

iVentiv are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated sales person who is confident in making cold calls and engaging with senior executives on a daily basis.

As a Global Delegate Relations Associate you will play a dynamic role engaging with Vice President and Director level executives and offer invitations to join our unique global events. You will be working towards driving further commercial success across our entire portfolio of international conferences and networking events.

Job Specification: 

  • Identifying potential delegates, by using LinkedIn and following industry news, networking, current affairs and other business sources
  • Engaging with delegates such as Vice President and Director level executives to attend events globally
  • Building relationships with potential delegates to grow your own portfolio of clientele
  • Taking ownership of the delegate sales process, including building and managing pipelines
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets including weekly KPIs

Person Specification: 

  • Commercially minded and hungry for a successful career in sales
  • A strong communicator with telephone experience
  • Target driven, taking initiative and having an entrepreneurial spirit
  •  Enthusiastic and energetic

2. iVentiv – Digital Marketing Assistant

Salary:

£23,000-£25,000 (dependant on experience)

Based at:

iVentiv Headquarters, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire

Reporting to:

Marketing Manager, iVentiv Ltd.

The Role:

If you’re ambitious to develop your career and work on a range of projects across the marketing mix, in a supportive environment where you can practice new skills in content creation, strategy, and project management, this is an exciting opportunity with a fast-paced and creative B2B events organisation.


As Digital Marketing Executive, you will be working on a variety of digital marketing projects including social media, web, and iVentiv’s exclusive new online community. You will play a role in creating and designing content for all stages of the customer journey and have the opportunity to meet and network with senior executives from some of the world’s largest companies.

Job Specification:

  • Managing the iKnow Online Community and curating content
  • Creating and scheduling content for iVentiv's social media channels 
  • Supporting data entry and monitoring
  • Supporting account-based, e-mail marketing with resources to enable data collection and monitoring 
  • Creating and managing print and other offline marketing activities
  • Taking on design projects where and when required

Person Specification:

  • Keen interest in marketing and the B2B Events sector
  • Creative and proactive approach to work
  • Agile mindset, willingness to adapt and try new things in a fail-fast, learn-fast culture
  • Energetic and curious
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
