iVentiv was set up in 2008 to provide Learning and Talent executives with an alternative platform to network and engage with peers from a range of industries. Having worked in the learning and development industry for a number of years Russell Butler iVentiv’s CEO identified a gap in the existing events market. At a time when budgets for travel were being curtailed and online video platforms were increasingly becoming the platform of choice for one directional learning experiences, iVentiv offered a valid reason for people to still travel to events. Russell was keen to provide senior level executives with a conference which allowed them to engage in meaningful discussions with their peer group, critically assess good practices and challenge current learning paradigms.
With an annual offering of 10+ events across Europe and the U.S.A., covering topics including Learning & Development, Talent Management and Executive Development, iVentiv is the global leader in the provision of Corporate Learning and Talent focused conferences.
Each event has a unique theme or topic, with all events looking to the future rather than taking a retrospective view. As specialists in the area of Learning and Talent, we at iVentiv have evolved our events from the traditional ‘sit and listen’ model of conferencing into something much more interactive and productive - in essence a two-day Chief Learning/Talent Officer consultation program. This has resulted in extremely positive feedback (average >91%, over 50+ events) from not only our participants but also our sponsors, who take an active role in all our events.
To ensure iVentiv remains as market leader in the provision of Learning and Talent executive events we have the iVentiv Advisory Board. This group of senior HR executives plays a critical role in the development of agendas, effective programme design and cutting-edge content creation.
Who attends iVentiv’s events?
iVentiv has a strict limit of 40 participants per event. The average participant is a VP/Director level executive from companies with an average of 100,000 employees. Over half of the Forbes Global 2000 (the largest companies in the world) regularly join our events.
