Salary:

£18,000 - £20,000 per year. Permanent role.

Based at:

iVentiv Headquarters, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire

Reporting to:

Team Manager, Global Delegate Relations, iVentiv

The role:

This is a fantastic entry level opportunity to join a thriving, fast-paced, creative thinking B2B events organisation and develop relationships with VP/Director Level Executives.

Job Specification: 

  • Produce and update all agendas to a high standard
  • Regularly communicating with speakers to obtain bios, accommodation requirements and dietary requirements
  • Send event material to the speakers so that they are fully briefed before an event
  • Update the wider team regarding any speaker updates
  • Update Excel spreadsheets and maintain the CRM to a high standard
  • Printing event materials
  • General administration duties to assist the Content team (Setting up calls, responding to queries, collate speaker presentations etc).

Person Specification: 

  • Prior Administration experience is essential
  • Experience within the Events industry would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • To actively approach all aspects of work in a positive, productive, and professional manner
  • Highly proficient in IT and In Design experience is desired but not essential

Additional Information: 

  • The working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with a one-hour lunch break
