Are you passionate about building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional sponsor experiences? iVentiv is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Relationship Manager to join our team on a maternity cover contract. This is a pivotal role, directly impacting our reputation and the strength of our sponsor partnerships.
You’ll be responsible for sponsor onboarding, engagement, event coordination, and supporting long-term business growth. Flexibility is key, as the role may require irregular hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, to ensure our clients’ needs are met.
What you'll do:
- Lead sponsor onboarding, including communication with the iVentiv team once a new sponsor is confirmed.
- Liaise with speakers and design sessions to help sponsors create impactful event experiences.
- Analyse the portfolio of events to identify opportunities for sponsors and maximise their partnership with iVentiv.
- Coordinate effective processes for each sponsor, ensuring alignment between delegates and sponsor objectives.
- Document sponsor communications and maintain accurate records.
- Advise and collaborate with internal teams (Events, Content, Marketing and Delegate) to ensure sponsors have a positive experience before, during, and after events.
- Track and report on sponsor success at events.
- Respond to ad-hoc sponsor enquiries.
- Build positive, long-term relationships with sponsors through regular meetings and scheduled communications.
- Create and maintain data insights related to sponsors.
- Oversee marketing and social media activity to ensure sponsor exposure.
- Support the leadership team with sales strategy and long-term business planning.
- Represent iVentiv at external events as required.
- Secure hosts for sessions and coordinate initial communications between hosts and the events team.
